Hello there, I’m a fishing apprentice, started 4 months ago, I was on a brooklyn porgie fish, can you please tell me if you go to a blackfish or striped bass and you catch, can you still take it home. Also is there any limitations on how many fish you can take.
    Thank you

Every cast or bounce on the bottom has got to be full of memories with a rod custom made by Dad……Fish on

10-15 years ago I was a regular out at Captree every week. I usually sailed with George and Dan on the Captain Rod, but I was also known on the Laura Lee, the Captree Princess and I can’t remember who else. We used to do pretty well out at the wrecks the Oregon and the San Diego, but there are so many party boats that fish those wrecks that you don’t find many bigger fish anymore. Going out to Montauk used to guarantee a better quality of fish, but I haven’t been out there in 15 years. I do miss those days, it was always fun being out on the water and the company was great. Thanks for the video and good luck !

    Great video.
What type of rod / reel combo are you using there?
    Thanks
