Thank you for allowing us to follow along. Congratulations on your accomplishment.
Back in 1982, most of the shelters were known as "Baseball bat" shelters since the floors were just small logs, nothing flat…
Old Antlers Camp was so cool, my brother and I came back the following year just to spend a relaxing week. Love the loons. You seeing or hearing many?
Thanks for the videos, great motivation while riding the stationary bike after work. Looking forward to the book.
Rocked it my man, amazing watching destroy the trail like that πΆπΆ be looking for the rest of your triple crown. Keep on keeping on πΆπΆβοΈβοΈ
Good job =)
What a King
We call those bugs, "No see em’s". You don’t see them coming and after they hit you in the eye’s again you can’t see. I’ve enjoyed following your journey. God speed
Support the hike and get a coffee table book! https://quadzillahikes.myshopify.com thanks for following along, I’m a week on the PCT now!
First view of Mt. Katahdin ! trails end. goosebumps!
2.5 days for the 100MW is quite an accomplishment. Congratulations!
It took me 6.5 days, which I feel is pretty good for a section hiker.
It was mid-Sept and the weather was great. It only rained 1 day.
I would LOVE to hike it again and visit that gorge, perhaps with AMC.
congratulations on a fantastic effort! it’s been great to follow along with all that camera work you’ve kept up.. & then you go and pack someone else’s crap.. you’re a good damned saint and a valued member of this peculiar hiking diaspora we belong to. will definitely look at getting your book(s) and all the best in the coming months..
Looking forward to your PCT trip. ππ
Iβm sorry you had to carry all that weight, but also Thank You for picking it up!! π maybe you can do the canyon when you come back to climb Katahdin π
You did that hike so quick. Great footage. The garbage left behind by other hikers is really sad. Have a safe journey π»π»
Yooooo congrats!! You will love the PCT, and there are definitely sections where youβll be able to hit consistent 40s. Canβt underestimate it though! Is Poles going to CDT next? GLHFDD guys.
Oh man, bummer of a surprise ending in the last 30 seconds. On to the PCT. I have been so grateful for the exquisite documentation that almost – except for all the physical suffering – makes those of us watching feeling we’re out there with you. Just pre-ordered my book!
Thank you for your stewardship. π
Congratulations! Thank you so much for sharing your journey and the beauty of the AT.
Thank you THG, π appreciate everything, Congratulations my friend, wish you all the best, I’ll be following along, good luck on the PCT, stay safe, stay healthy πβοΈLook forward to when you go back to summit Katahdin πβοΈ
Crazy. Seems like your videos just started, now the next trail! Canβt wait!
Great video. Good Luck on the PCT!
Congrats on ending this trail so quickly and even find time to pack out other peoples rubbish, YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!!
It took me 12 1/2 days to do the 100MW π So I’m amazed at your feat , especially night hiking.
What tent is that?
Man, I pushed it in the 100-mile and it took me 3.5 days. 2.5 is unreal. Congrats on the AT bro. I’ve told you a bunch already, but you are a beast. I work with some bad-ass warriors, and you are definitely made of the same cut!!! π€πͺπ

Leaves can seem to explode in the spring. I remember one year around May 10 they were still tightly closed early in the morning but with a 90 to 95 degree day, they fully opened by the end of the day! Amazing!! This was in Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts since those were the states I was traveling on that trip.
