Welcome to Gate 24 Travel! My husband, Robert, and I are passionate grand travelers who started a travel agency in December 2019 because we wanted to help other grand travelers in their passion for travel too. What is a “Grand Traveler”? Well, we like to use the term to reference anyone who considers himself/herself middle-age or a senior citizen, and LOVES to travel…like us! We are located near Rochester, New York. Our favorite way to vacation is cruising, and our favorite place to cruise is Bermuda. We hope you feel at home here, and can gain something useful for traveling at this stage of life.
Please feel free to check out our Facebook page, too!

Thanks for all the info.
You should narrate audiobooks, I love your style.
What? No mention of the boat access only island camping?
Beautiful narration. Very helpful Thank you 🙏
Thank you. Spending our vacation at Scotties. We already rented a boat for3 days. Loved the video.
Heading up in a couple weeks and was hoping to see something I haven’t done yet but still nice to see. We’ll hit the fireworks on Thursday night and the concert at Shepard Park on Friday, probably do some mini golf and of course relax in the lake where we’re staying downtown. Though the area is not like it used to be not that long ago as it’s been built up and the village is missing some character it used to have, we’ll still walk around and get an ice cream or two. If you’re ever looking for something to do in November, go see the light up the village event, pretty cool.
Thank you for the video and suggestions! I’m planning a trip with the family and this has been very useful! 🙂
I enjoyed your video. Its very informative. Thank you.
My friend just drove his tour bus up to Lake George, the kids will do white water rafting, among other things. Very nice video – thanks for telling people that NY is more than just a metropolis. There’s a whole state here of lakes, waterfalls, wildlife, etc. Although I did get my feathers ruffled when you said that the people up north of me refer to Lake George as the Queen of Lakes! Every one has their favorite, but I live in the Finger Lakes region and am a fan of where I live as well! Thanks for sharing your trip. 🙂
